INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE INTERACTIVE PDF APPLICATIONS
  1. The interactive PDF allows you to fill out an application on your computer, rather than printing out a blank form and filling it in by hand or on a typewriter.
  2. You will use Adobe Acrobat Reader to complete the form; you will not be able to save what you enter. Plan to complete the application in one sitting and then print it. If you close the document before you finish, you will lose what you have entered. If you own the full version of Adobe Acrobat, you can save your form.
  3. Use your Tab key to move from blank to blank as you fill out the form.
  4. You may still include additional pages with your application where noted.
  5. After completing the form, print two copies and bring these to the Counseling Center for processing.
  6. Don’t forget to sign your completed application!
